ICON was formed in 1994. Both co-founders left a national firm after witnessing many service deficiencies due to lack of customer service.

ICON completes hundreds of lease/purchase transactions each year. Based in Atlanta our clients depend on us not only here but across the globe, having closed transactions in China, Europe, South America and Canada.

At ICON, we only represent Tenants. Our professionals all have over 10 years experience. Our executive team has been representing Tenants since the 1980’s. We provide no nonsense honest and unbiased Tenant representation.
